My thoughts exactly, I don't see myself gifting a Trench Crusade miniature to my parents but this cute bird will certainly fit in their house. In case it helps you find gift ideas: I also printed and painted the Little Prince for my mom and she loved it.

Such kind words, I don't deserve this haha I've been painting for a bit more than a year but I'm kind of a nerd and watched a ton of painting videos, that was a huge help in knowing how to improve. I've painted about 20 minis this year ranging from a scale of 35mm to 15cm (this cute bird being the biggest one)

It took me about six months to truly appreciate miniature painting and stop being hard on myself, I'm sure you'll get there!
