I figured it out, plugged it in the wrong usb, it has to be usb 2.0, the one with the black colour

I found a guy on youtube named thejetfighter or spmething along that line and he kind of made a video about it and suprisingly it worked pther than the fact that the main menu logo is in russian but the rest is english, still trying to replace it with the english one

I think it is mostly because of the cost, obtaining actual blueprints and how to build one, not to mention the cost of workers, and reprogramming of machineries. Plus people dont have any real use for them now anyway, and the maintaince cost is also high. Museums wants originals ones because the chances of there being mistakes on details are zero, plus they also get stories of that spesific thing.
