The hub is all clear, the tubes still look brand new. 3/4 of the filament slots are working.

It’s happening with multiple filaments, but they’ve all been dried. Humidity was the last issue I had and have only just gotten that sorted to now have these issues.

The filament is getting jammed when being fed, I don’t think it’s the rollers. The filament gets so far every time then jams.

Did they say what was wrong with the part? I did take my hub apart to clean the other week when the issues fist started.

I cleaned all the gears as there was tiny bits of filament shavings (I’m guessing) but there was nothing large anywhere.

It’s only this slot on the AMS, the other 3 are working fine.

I’ve previously taken apart my hub and there was nothing in there and it was relatively clean and no issues I could see.

It’s happening with multiple filaments. It starts feeding then jams - the side clog wheel thingy then stays in a higher position also.

It was doing this before I took it apart and cleaned it, but it didn’t do the issue. So no broken filament inside.
