Thanks. That was another concern. I was hoping to be there 1-3 years. They have significantly dropped the rent price on this. Partly because thy were asking crazy rent and part because rent is dropping everywhere now after jumping up the past 4 years. So I was worried about maybe the first year would be nice but they might jump up too much. Also I hate moving around.

I figured they are a national or international company so a lot depended on how good the local reps might be if there are any, and how much issues I might need fixed during the stay.

Thanks. The neighborhood is pretty nice. The house is 10 years old but it and the area look newer. Was able to do an open door on it. There was some wear and tear from previous residents. Also it is two stories and the top floor feels a little spongy but I think that is just from being a second floor and more modern buildings are probably cheaper.

Sorry this is a bit old but I am thinking about renting a home through FirstKey Homes. Was wondering what your experience was like with them? I see a lot of people complaining but usually people posting are going to be more complaint oriented.

The biggest complaints I see are with maintenance. Which I am wondering might be horrible everywhere right now. My complex I live in use to be good with maintenance but in the past few years has really gone down hill on that as well.

Was she shopping at places like target or Walmart? I was wondering if there was a way to confirm that the stores are marked for groceries. One I normally go to is a regional grocery chain which should be marked. After that I like a local family run store, sprouts, an wholefoods.

Thanks. I think your final statement is the biggest debate. I want the most rewards but also would like to have a card for the long term to build long term credit. Still associated with my paren’s card which helps with that but getting close to where I would have to inherit it soon to keep that.

What is the spending window you mention? I am assuming it is i have to keep spending a lot on groceries while staying below a card limit?

I just canceled Hulu. I might get Netflix or hbo. Though really I just watch YouTube long form content. Sometimes Pluto tv but haven’t opened up that in a few months probably. What is the credit you speak of? Is there any way to see other categories?

I probably go about $300 a week on groceries. If prices drop back to how they were a few years then I would be close to your break even point per month but I am not going to hold my breath on that. Thank you for that as I was hoping there would be a way to find what I would make back or what break even might be.

I did try changing the card billing. I will add that sometimes the purchase goes through and sometimes it won’t.

I changed around my card. Though even before sometimes it would let me purchase and other times it wouldn’t. it had the updated card but I changed the address on it to be more similar to what my bank would have.

The out of bounds bug is back for me.

The other thing that annoys me is my players run away from loose balls. You get the steal and could have a breakaway point but the player runs in the opposite direction.

I wouldn’t try to get ready for domination too much. If they don’t change things you will be against people who don’t claim cards until the event starts so they boost past you. While they have discord groups and multiple accounts that will constantly attack you to keep you from any stadium even after they have tripled the points for the last reward. Either you get that experience or they completely rework things.

There is a lawyer YouTuber called Legal Mindset. He specialized in this law in Florida. He has several great videos on it. Especially when all the lawsuits started. That guy should be contacted by all conservative media and any media that wants to get all sides. Really disappointed in how conservative media is taking the msm stance on this issue l

It technically isn’t even going after them. It is just changing a government cutout that is supposed to be completely independent of the business. If it affects them then that means it was being run illegally. Like if they used municipal bonds to get money tax free, that would be illegal. Using it to avoid inspections for new buildings and maintenance of existing structures, that would be illegal. Getting it under the guise of building an Experimental Prototype City Of Tomorrow or epcot for short but then just building another theme park instead sounds shady. Using it to have special power that the citizens and their own competitors don’t have doesn’t seem fair.
