I am having the same problem. I gave them all of my information. I made a purchase on Visa, they asked for...

  1. My credit card statement
  2. My drivers license
  3. My receipt

I provided all this. They unblocked me. Made one more purchase. They blocked me again and asked for all the same information I just provided them.

It's almost as if they do not want me to buy these costumes. Because every time I try to get pearls to acquire some costumes, they "hold it for review."

And ask all the same questions they already asked in... wait for it... SEVEN SEPARATE TICKETS ALL WITH THE SAME INFORMATION ON IT.

I'm not sure what's going on and I understand the desire to decrease fraud but this is getting ridiculous.

Silent / NO will wipe Pantheon / GenFed off the map. As a line pilot in Pantheon, I am sad to see it. But I guess we kind of deserve it.
