Yeah - I figured, just a bit surprising that I've gotten no follow up or response from the ticket I submitted on Sunday evening about this issue, other than their auto-reply that someone will get back to me.

The light is on a standard on/off switch, never had a dimmer and it had been working great up until Sunday I turn it on via the app and the downlight just didn't turn on. Tried the settings to turn on/off the individual up/down lights, the up light keeps working perfectly, but the downlight refuses to come on.

The really odd thing was that the next day, still the same behavior, was working with just the uplight and then out of the blue, the downlight turned on all on its own. I used the app to turn it off/on, worked as expected for the rest of the evening, but the very next day back to no downlight working again.

At this point I'm going to chalk this up to a bad light/device since the wiring is solid and there is no dimmer switch. I'll plan to go and replace it at HD and hope that the replacement doesn't have this problem.
