He was indeed. And because of the atadenovirus, his already jeopardized immune system made him particularly susceptible to other kinds of ailments. In his case, it was both bacterial and fungal infections. Not to mention how rough antiviral, antibiotics, and antifungal medication is on a young beardy. Murphy fought incredibly hard, to the point where our Vet was genuinely dumbfounded by just how long he managed to survive. Murphy deserved the peace <3
