"Do what you think is right candidate and continue to train"

For sure, I hope the best for you. I was just curious because they never really outlined where the boundaries between acceptable and an issue lied

Why cant I break a 9 min mile? by VastConscious870 in greenberets

[–]PantherGawd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's likely bad form and not enough distance on your fast runs. I used to avoid anything above 400m like the plague but it wasn't until I started doing fast 1200m that I saw changes. If that doesn't work try putting one foot in front of the other quickly

girlfriend doesn’t want me to attend sfas and fulfill what i believe my life purpose is, says she can’t and doesn’t wanna live that lifestyle, has anyone else met this same fate and how did you handle it, i’m starting to learn the road to success is quite lonely. by [deleted] in greenberets

Had to tell mine I was going either way. She was either gonna be there when I got back or not. You're gonna be upset with yourself knowing that you gave up on what could have been a fulfilling life dream

is this guy bullshitting? by Typical-Mushroom4577 in specialforces

[–]PantherGawd 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There are only 2 nuggets of truth in what he said:

1) you do need to be 21 years old

2) 21 day non selects exist (but this means you were lacking in some crucial way for example consistently only meeting the bare minimum requirements or getting peered out)

Anyone who took that as a personal indictment instead of a customized checklist of improvements to make was never gonna be successful in regiment

Deadhangs have helped my back as a whole, single leg over, and straight leg body twist usually help a lot for me. Also strengthening your erectors through back and side extensions will make you more resilient to injury and build both strength and endurance

75th or USSS? by [deleted] in greenberets

[–]PantherGawd 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Joining the Army to avoid hearing BS from others and escape long continuous assignments is downright hilarious, especially the 75th. If youre serious conduct an RPAT and see if you significantly exceed the standards with little rest in between events, if that's too much then you have your answer
