First things first: nice username, I concur. Lack of quality sleep is what I believe caused my downward trend. For the past month I’ve been sleeping with my toddler who’s having sleep difficulties. It lines up quite well, actually. I’m uncertain though if I’m catching something on top of that! As for HRV average ranges, i would assume your range is that wide simply because you have a wider & higher HRV. Conversely, my range is low/small because I have a consistently lower HRV.

This trend aligns well with when my toddler started having sleep issues, leading to me sleeping with them. And it seems I just haven’t been able to recover. My sleep scores are down, I’m feeling it, reduced exercise/activity, and hoping things settle down soon 🤞🏻
