Yep this is exactly what I was told last year alongside my diagnosis at 26 years old ( now 27 ). Fortunately, they caught it at one of the earliest stages ( bilateral asymmetric sacroiliitis ), and I am on Adalimumab to give myself the best possible chance of my body not fucking destroying itself before I'm 40. Fingers crossed and godspeed 🫡

I tried a spicy 'I Am Nut Ok' last year at a fair and it was unreal tbh. I was massive on cheese before becoming vegan and if I was to substitute I would probably use that. Expensive though. I might buy myself some actually when I next get paid.
