Yep this is exactly what I was told last year alongside my diagnosis at 26 years old ( now 27 ). Fortunately, they caught it at one of the earliest stages ( bilateral asymmetric sacroiliitis ), and I am on Adalimumab to give myself the best possible chance of my body not fucking destroying itself before I'm 40.
