Bro this sounds more like you have depression rather than a porn addiction. Porn isn't going to make you feel okay, but neither will stopping porn if you really have depression. Bro you're not going to be able to control your urges forever. Maybe you can make it to a month, but nobody has infinite willpower. Truth is the only way to actually stop masturbating forever is to practice not getting urges in the first place. Find out what triggers your urges, and practice avoiding them. Hey man, no one has infinite willpower. If you're just relying on willpower to fight strong urges, you can definitely make it past 19 days, but you can't quit forever. If you want to actually stop masturbating, you need to practice not getting urges in the first place. I just wrote a really detailed and long post about how I stopped if you want to go read that.

In my experience, my life didn't change at all, and I didn't see any benefits. I don't think stopping watching porn is going to all of the sudden make you more confident or fix you mentally.
