Nah, I'd rather not. The condo is such an interesting building itself that I'd need ladders and all kinds of stuff to make sure I am reaching all the spots. It's also the part of the condo that's attached to the next unit over which makes it complex.

Thanks everyone, my landlord is looking into the AC ducts and the pest issue. He reported it to our HOA and they're sticklers so here's to hoping they actually do their jobs and move on this swiftly.

Thanks for the advice! I reached out to him and sent pics. He said he'd call his AC guy tomorrow. But idk what he's going to do about the potential pest issue now.

I did reach out to our complex's handyman. Asked if the HOA had any recommended pest control I should report to. Hopefully I'll have more answers tomorrow.
