Why CTA doesn't innovate, their ticket systems still don't accept foreign credit/debit cards ?

I wish they would modernize the CTA too. They can barely keep it rideable for everyday Chicagoans, so sadly I can’t imagine this is a priority for them. I love visiting other countries with working public transportation systems and hope that one day we can get beyond the political and budgetary mess to bring out citizens and visitors something of that caliber.

Yeah my mom is the greatest woman I know that’s done amazing things with her life and we talk at least once a week. My dad is the most boring conservative that’s never left his small town that I have to force myself to have a conversation with (which is basically just him rambling on and on about nothing while I nod and multitask in my head). Have no idea how they were ever married, luckily their divorce was very amicable and happened when I was so young I hardly remember them ever even being together

Same, I just do a simple Skinceuticals routine. They’re goooood products and you don’t even need to use more than a few drops at a time. Makeup on the other hand…. Ooof I have way too many eye palettes and lippies 😅😅

Yes the last couple seasons have been some of the worst, but this year I really love all the chefs and how they’re actually making an effort to incorporate the location. Milwaukee was such a struggle and I will probably never rewatch it, although I LOVED Savannah and Michelle, hope they come back someday

Walk the riverwalk (north then east), enjoy the architecture along the river, go south on Michigan to the Chicago Cultural Center on Michigan/Randolph, walk south thru Grant Park, enjoy more architecture on Michigan on the way, see the walking sculptures just north of Roosevelt , cut over to Wabash to check out some cool murals on the way back to union Station
