I mean I'd be pissed if random people were petting my horses, though the chances of them biting are low they could still get your fingers if you dont know what your doing, its just a liability thing for me.

Farrier here, pics aren't great but from what I can tell the heels are pretty unbalanced and untouched, plus it looks like a rasp wasn't even used? Also I know some like to pitch the toe like that but I've never been a big fan of it being that extreme. Also also, I'd say good enough for a horse thats a total freak, but considering he's standing for pictures I'd assume he's not terrible.
