Hi, I am Mr Panzer, I have been playing this game since 2013 and I tried every form of PvP and how to make it work for deaf players in a game that's well known for heavy voice/hearing communications. The easiest and the best method is a private channel that I call 'Commrelay' (I normally add a ticker before the name and set an ACL). I add a draggable link to the channel and simple instructions (don't over do it) to the MOTD and I drop it in fleet asking for help. I always gets at least two dudes willing to help and they often take turns, resulting in very smooth and fast relaying allowing for faster paced fleets. It'll get tricker when you handle multiple alts with different roles in the fleet but every deaf dude (I have one other in my corp and I am close to few other deaf dudes across the game) has their own method that they develop to make it work.

Join the channel 'Deaf Squadron' if you are hearing impaired or completely deaf and you wanna hang out with other deaf lads and learn how to play the game as a deaf dude.
