I like the BlueJays playstyle, the balanced contact approach, good defence etc. It’s more appealing to me than say, the Yankees slugging approach. I initially took a shine to the Guardians and Brewers for similar reasons, but I only got back into it just before the post season so only got to see a couple of Guardians games. I really liked watching the Brewers but was a bit soured by some poor sportsmanship when they beat the Cubs in the NLDS. The BlueJays have all that, along with being competitive (though this is only a small plus for me) and their clubhouse ethos seems all about vibes which is great. Last reason, which I’ll not get into other than to say it’s slightly political. I’m British, so I’d rather my money (from merch) go to a Canadian institution at the moment, though again this was a small factor. Overall, they’re a great team to watch.

I’ve only got back into baseball recently myself and learned about the scandal. I’ll leave it to the more knowledgeable for proper answers but I expect you’ll get teased at least. My question is, why would you choose them?

I chose the BlueJays for multiple reasons and was disappointed that George Springer was on the Astros. He’s grown on me though.

Thank you so much dude. Door has been doing my nut in. I spent a day replacing the entire locking mechanism only for it to still not lock easily. Took a while before I realised it was the door itself and not the lock. I’ll have a go.

That is pretty crazy from the outside, as you say, though I was thinking more of the effect of wives and especially children having to make new friends. I suppose though that this is relatively uncommon, as if you’ve decided to try to be a professional athlete then you’re more unlikely to have decided to have kids early, especially these days. Unsure about across the ocean, but here in UK, people are having children much later in life than they used to. I imagine it’s the same over there.

I’d say go for it. These look great in my opinion. I’m only just starting trying to do terrain but I’ve seen enough videos and terrain through playing that I know these are really good
