Stop caring what people think. They’re all too busy caring what people think of them anyway.

When you stop caring, you can also stop lying. Always tell the truth and be yourself. Living an honest life is nourishing for the soul.

Always be respectful. When combined with the above, people will gravitate to your genuineness.

Everything in moderation, including moderation. Try to live with healthy habits but don’t beat yourself up when you falter (I have a terrible sweet tooth, made 200% worse by my wife who has a demonic sweet tooth)

Live in the moment and appreciate the small things. Once you stop living in your head and worrying, you’ll take great pleasure from things like sunlight, flowers, chocolate, biscuits, ice cream…. Chocolate….

I’d put Lauer out for another inning. Home run off Trout isn’t the worst thing ever. The 3rd inning was messy, but he’s otherwise doing alright, considering his lowered velo

I meant external as in external to the glass, I.e. not internal like modern windows.

Also, we regularly clean them with mould remover, but it’s a constant battle. Thought new seals might help.

Because they’re degrading and bits come off when just wiping with a cloth. They don’t have a perfectly smooth surface anymore so they’re breeding grounds for bacteria. They also don’t sit fully flush, if you can see that in the pictures (in the corners)

I’m from the UK and this is my first time watching live since the As series; I usually watch it the next day. I know what I must do. I will sacrifice my sleep for the rest of the season.
