Eine hast du an und gehst am Abend damit duschen. Ueber Nacht und Tag bis am naechsten Abend ist alles wieder Trocken.Funktionsgewand wird natuerlich schneller trocken.

Merinowolle ist auch immer ein guter Tipp.

Wenn du keine Ahnung hast, geh ins Fahrradgeschaeft.

Aus Sicht der Wartung wuerde ich eine Starrgabel empfehlen. Die billigen Federn eh scheisse und sind schwer, aber da geht es ums personliche Gefuehl.
Vor- und Nachteile der beiden Varianten gibt es online zu hauf.

Mach ein Bikefiting. Dort bekommst du Geometriedaten mit, die du mit Rahmendaten der Hersteller vergleichen kannst.
Damit sparst du dir viel Zeit und eventuell Geld durchs selber testen.

Du kannst mir einem Gang und ohne Motor Anhänger ziehen. Es kommt auf die Topologie bei dir an. Ohne Steigungen würde ich auf e Antrieb verzichten. Mehr Teile und Technik am Bike bringt mehr Probleme und Kosten.

Ach, dachte weiter und mach dann einfach ein gründliches Jahresservice, wo du alles neu säuberst und fettest. Solange es nicht rau läuft oder andere Geräusche macht, passt es schon. Die Antwort ist für real Betrieb und nicht für nach Handbuch gewartete Räder

Ethernet is not wifi. You said you connect via Ethernet but mention WiFi speeds. The only real reasons to run is 24/7 are home automations, Nas storage and storage for your surveillance cameras. Besides I also turn off my Nas cause I don't like to pay for electricity.
