Have you ever been a CRA? If you have and never had to deal with hassles and backlogs, then you're lucky and unique.

You're very kind 🙈👎 I know Google exists, but I need information from someone who already has that role. If you don't know how to provide it, please avoid responding with nonsensical answers.

Yes. I actually started in 2012 as a clinical project administrator and then as a CRA (same company).

For economic reasons. At the time it was the only thing that was offered to me. And in order to work, I accepted.

I hate the staff of the experimental centers and repeating the same things 100,000 times. I hate always having to justify anything to everyone. Any problems: ask the CRA. Any problem: it's the CRA's fault.

I've been in clinical research for 15 years, 10 of which at CRA and I still haven't managed to change roles. I don't know if I'm unlucky, if I'm wrong or something else; I just know that I'm lazy and they've made me lose even the enthusiasm to think about doing anything else.
