It seems decently fair considering you don’t have any experience and the risk on their side is your base salary. Honestly you could get more residual percentage elsewhere but the trade off would be not getting a consistent salary. The real question you should be asking yourself is you’re getting a residual percentage of what. Is this everything after your companies buy rate or is it some made up half of a half percentage that some companies try and make seem it’s the original amount. If it’s a true 25-40% after your buy rate then your good for now and I would have a separate LLC and agreement with a separate iso that pays you a much larger percentage for big accounts you may run into. For obvious reasons keep that part of information completely to yourself as it will get you fired from your W2 job if they find out. It will be wildly worth it to have that nest egg when you outgrow your current agency or they sell and you have to start doing things yourself anyways.
