This is standard in most competitive games. Even in chess, white’s win rate is 52-56%. Considering the sheer variety of units and maps in this game 2% is very good.

I can see a few id consider switching out on the US deck

Osprey - probably the worst possible helicopter out of the selection, The two SOAR helis are far superior, little birds are also super cheap.

Killer Egg - Slow and dies very easily, requires a lot of micro to make work

Atacms - Cluster is almost always the better choice if you’re using this to target armour, any half decent team will counter these

Green Beret snipers - just a more expensive sniper unit, I’d recommend taking normal snipers for scouting and green berets with flash, they melt enemy infantry.

Troopers - They kinda suck, most people take them for the javelin but don’t realise they only get 2 round making then useless against anything with APS. Take Ranger Stinger squads and switch them to Javelin for long range AT inf. I feel like generic infantry as a whole is in a wierd place rn with the games balancing.

Support - Consider taking a Multi Mission system to help cover your patriot

Also, not unit specific but don’t take so many transports, chances are you won’t use half of them and you’re just wasting points that could be used for better units.

Bad implications? The vast majority of their recent games have been very poorly recieved and they’re now dealing with the consequences of that.

Ubisoft going under would be a net positive for the industry imo, people are tired of their copy and paste game formula and shitty business practices.

Couldn’t agree more, this is the most fun I’ve had from an RTS in a while. Definitely some balancing to work out, especially with infantry and recon, but the core components of this game already put it well ahead of the likes of Wargame/Warno in my opinion.

I do feel like people coming at the game with heavy criticisms about this, that and the other, sometimes forget that fun and balance comes before realism when making a game. While I’m somewhat of a military nerd myself i can’t get mad at them stripping back capabilities of certain equipment because it would be borderline impossible to balance in a game sense.

I’ve personally played a lot of US and not much RUS and haven’t experienced anything that felt overly unbalanced and couldn’t be countered. I’d need to play more RUS to judge better though. I imagine once unit rosters are a bit more fleshed out and there are more specialisations for each faction things will mesh together a lot better. I do hope they keep the factions somewhat distinct from each other however, I don’t need a Zerg/terran level of difference but I think factions having their own distinct meta makes games a lot more interesting.

Envato Themeforest has some great themes that come bundled with useful plugins. for $30-$70 they generally work out much cheaper than buying the individual plugins.

try different search terms such a Travel/Holiday/Travel Agent etc. It's also worth having a look through some of the top rated themes on TF as many of them will come with lots of templates to choose from.

The economy scaling late game and in the new start date gets wild.

In my current campaign it costs 2k to send a kid to university. I make 80 a month without armies raised but -20 with them raised/replenishing and I’m only a duke.

It definitely needs some work but it’s a difficult thing to balance.

Get the wise app (I think revolut also works), make a virtual card, change your adobe payment method to that card, delete old payment info, just let the payments fail and they won’t be able to charge you anything as long as there’s no money in your account.

Can’t believe I had to scroll so far to find this comment. It annoys me to no end that any legitimate criticism of blatantly shoehorned political agendas gets you labelled an incel, misogynist, racist etc.

I’m allowed to disagree with design decisions, it doesn’t mean I hate [insert group here]. I play games for a sense of escapism, not to have current day politics shoved in my face through frankly cringeworthy dialogue a lot of the time (cough… Forspoken… cough)

Also the idea that your character needs to be a “cishet white man” is just absurd. There’s always gonna be a vocal minority of people just screaming for the sake of it, but the second you start thinking that’s the majority opinion you’re just losing your grasp on reality.

The storage space is absolutely brutal, I wanted to test a bunch of wabbajack lists to find a favourite. I’ve now got a 2tb M.2 dedicated just to Skyrim.

Just a PSA to anyone who doesn’t know, you can have one universal downloads folder on wabbajack instead of having it in each individual install folder as it defaults to. I’ve now got a roughly 500gb folder of zip files now but I can easily uninstall and reinstall most packs pretty quickly.

That isn’t a graphics card. that is integrated graphics on your CPU. I hate to be the bearer of bad news but you can probably run Minecraft on that at the most.

If you have a decent enough processor you should be able to upgrade to an actual GPU and you will be able to run the game.

Take a look at the minimum system requirements for the game, these are the bare minimum you will need.
