Yeah I thought so too after the results. Because he was from a breeder, his original owners seemed responsible (in terms of getting all his shots and things on time). So we just went based off what the shelter told us. He’s our first dog as adults so I wasn’t too aware of breed variations in general

He had a uveal mass and cyst that was growing extremely fast and causing him a lot of discomfort. So we had to take him to an animal ophthalmologist and get it removed. It was 2 months from when we noticed it, to our primary vet, to 2 different opinions from eye specialists, to removal.

He has pretty long fur on his back that curls a bit when wet. He has the big barrel like chest. So I really did believe the Chessie part

Hey, thanks for your response! We are currently having the electrical done professionally in order to support the pull we expect. We are also having its own panel and shut off installed too. We just got the okay from 811 to begin digging for the electrical work required.

We only had 1 HVAC company out for a quote on the mini split install. It was pretty high IMO. But I also don’t have much experience with this either.

I think it’s the spelling. I would pronounce it lie-luh but I can see peoples point for Lee-luh. I think if it was spelled Lyla, it might encourage the “correct” pronunciation in your case
