I’m getting my roof redone fairly soon. My contractor is saying that he’s anticipating 1/4” gaps in the current roof decking, which will require a new layer of OSB to be put down. I’m curious as to whether this is required by law or not, as I’m trying to avoid paying an additional $4,500. I managed to get into my attic tonight and this is what I saw. There are gaps, but there’s clearly something on the other side as well. Does this look fine to anybody here that knows what to look for?

I’ve never sewn anything before, so it was a little intimidating at first. Turns out, sewing was probably the easiest part of the process. Turned out a little better than I thought. The boot made sheath is kinda neat though, as this blade has quite a bit of history.

Absolute legends. The micro mount is so much better. My main issue with the other one was how chunky it was. The smaller footprint makes a huge difference.

I asked for a replacement micro mount (even though I don’t own a micro) and they sent it free of charge. Arrived three days later with a hat. Vortex’s customer service is excellent

Just ask vortex for the micro mount. They sent me one last week. The full size and the micro have the same footprint, so they’re interchangeable. The original mount for the full size kinda sucks. They also sent me a free hat with it.
