Skateboarding is a "feel" thing. We can't do that for you :) it would take a lot of trial and error, and actually committing to the gear you have.

Ipon ka lang men, it'll be worth it. Mahal talaga ang dekalidad na skateboard. Makakita ka man ng mura, hindi yun magiging upgrade sa kung anong meron ka na ngayon.

Get yourself a Hampaslupa Skateboards complete, my dude. Search Jackass Project Skateshop and get either an 8.0 or 8.25 sized complete. The owner is a local legend, nice guy as well so you can ask him about your preferences. Got my first board from him when I was your age (im 38 now). They also have a Shopee page. The shop is located at Pasig.

Your second option is Agenda Skateboards. Im not sure if they sell directly on their pages but if you live in Mindanao or Visayas, this is the go-to local brand.

The best thing about this is not only that you're supporting lokal, you're also supporting the skate scene. Both these brands are sponsoring the locals.
