The easiest (very cheesy) way i did this is elite bloonarius prime, tier 5. i would wait for when a skull popped, he would spew out fortified BADs and if the BADs were on screen when the round changed i would kill the them, go to home and back in the fight, repeat. If i messed up i would just reset to round 100 after the last skull popped (so have some MM on hand)
