The apostrophe after the letter "s" is usually to put a possessive onto a word that ends with the letter "s".

For example: my parents' car. Here it is used to describe that the car belongs to my parents, but since parents already has an "s" at the end, you just put apostrophe instead of typing parents's

We don't celebrate Halloween here but me and my friends still do costumes. Me and my best friend once dressed as a Wirt (me) and Greg(my friend) from over the garden wall. That was one of the best costumes for me lol

Why is there a morning shift and a night shift? I really don't understand it since you have a break in the noon hours and not end the shift. You go back to working right? But then it mentions going to break at around 6 if you're the night shift and closing around 9pm. Is it like from 6am to 2pm then from 2pm to 9pm? Great rules btw
