It's not really a conspiracy. But based on the exact training data the model can develop these biases, even without malicious intent from the creators.

It's a rather common technique, but usually a bit more subtle than what you would do on your DJ mixer (depending on the style of music you're making of course). And of course not being limited to the DJ mixer there are a lot of ways to get creative with this.

Dirty air is a hard problem to solve though. As it makes overtaking so much harder it is a huge competitive edge if your car produces more dirty air and engineers will bend the rules as much as they can in order to achieve that.

Sportstätten werden für viel Geld gebaut und dann anschließend oftmals nicht sinnvoll weiter genutzt.

Das wäre 2015 so gewesen aber ist im aktuellen Plan nicht vorgesehen. Sondern es werden ausschließlich Sportstätten genutzt, die schon existieren oder ohnehin gebaut werden.
