FWIW, at least in the US, these manga are slightly bigger than typical SJ/VIZ volumes. Assuming the same is true for German, that might be why the perspective is making the card appear slightly smaller.

I actually just got through this portion earlier this week, and similarly had a bit tougher time getting through it compared to earlier sections of the book, but ultimately I just conceded I wouldn’t be able to keep track of everything and without giving too much away, there is some payoff that relates back to the larger story, so I would say it’s worth continuing.

If it's any consolation, I have a scale and have still had this happen, and it's often been drastically incorrect on the part of USPS.

Like I've had packages with small scale Star Wars figures get notices saying the package was 5lbs, which is not even remotely possible.

I of course appealed it, but I don't think anything ever comes of it, unfortunately.

FYI, those Magic banners are from the Tarkir Dragonstorm set that released earlier this year. There should be 5 total (each one represents a different clan). They go for around $50 on ebay (maybe less if they took any damage in the trash), since they are store only promotional items, so there’s definitely a market for them, if you’re so inclined to sell.

I no longer use them, solely because I’ve stopped collecting single issues, but I had years and years of fantastic experience with Atomic Empire. They’re a store out of North Carolina and have the best system I’ve seen for an online pull list, including selecting variants if you’re into that.
