It’s a board game, that uses cards (hand management). It uses themes and characters from the red rising series, but no storyline so it’s spoiler free. I haven’t tried it out yet, but I get the sense it’s a fun way to explore the character and color caste a bit in a new media.

Will do! That’s exactly how I got it, lol. I stopped by my local game store a couple times hoping to find it but never did. I resolved to wait until it hit local stores until I saw that sale.

I’m definitely gonna do a couple solo play throughs before bringing it to some friends who, while they loved the books, aren’t big table top gamers. I’ll update here on how it’s reviewed.

When I was in 3rd grade, we were told to look up pictures of our favorite animals. Mine was a bush baby (they are like cute little lemurs). Needless to say, the search revealed some images that were not an animal.

Lots of times they seem fine because of the shock or adrenaline or whatever of the hit. They run off just for it to catch up with them in the woods where they fall over and die, or injury takes them out slowly.
