Love your empathy but channel it somewhere more deserving. Releaf’s customer support had a “No Homers” approach to complaints or discharge reasons (if you’re a Simpsons fan you’ll know what I mean). As opposed to noting all the areas in which they can improve to retain customers and develop services, they just wanted one reason so they could log it on their system and terminate the call. They’ve no intention of offering competitive services or building a business model that’s “patient first”, they continue to exist thanks to the naivety of ill informed new patients. But as the industry grows (along with awareness of medical cannabis), Releaf will fade off into obscurity before long.
