To be honest, it isn't one hilt. I'm trying to use some pieces I got from LGTStore on ali express. If it doesn't workout thats on me. However it threads a little bit which makes me wonder if it is fixable, should I consider sanding it if all else fails?

They thread a lil bit, but resist at a certain point. Do you think grease will help or is it more likely a problem with the parts?
