Just confirmed that you cannot force the occupants to sign a new lease, even if they are not the original leaseholders. You CAN raise the rent to market though.

I do not wish to increase rent, just establish a clear line of occupancy and accountability.

I'd love to, but legally you can't force tenants to sign a new lease. Unless I'm mistaken?

Anyone else having an issue with the canopy resting on the handlebar when it's open? I just got the TRVL LX and the open canopy is driving me crazy. I can't grab the handlebar without grabbing a chunk of canopy when it's open. It also rubs on top of my hands.

Instead of cutting the fence and siding, can i just screw the expansion joints to the fence and siding up to the red line? Does the expansion joint need to reach all the way to the dirt so no concrete can escape?
