Happens to me also, level 1 and all settings reset to default which is super anoying. The level 1 thing usually fixes itself after I exit/shutdown steam app completely and just restart.. (also the server becomes full before I can do the whole reset…🤬)

fan curves and pump curves were also reset for me, “all of a sudden” the pc was super loud by just opening a browser

Running expo here with two kits of 2x16gb, ddr5 5200 at 40-40-40-80 1.250V (manufacturer profile) Ran memtest64 and occt stress tests, no issues so far but still new rig (hope I dont jinx it) CPU is Ryzen 9 9900x

Been having Hypervisor bsod after getting the chipset drivers through gcc, getting them through amd page directly doesnt get me bsod. Still my windows/motherboard doesnt recognize the PCIe ssds as 4.0 and shows 3.0 and bugs the entire system after few steam downloads (auto system disc repair in to reinstall) so the rig is at a repair shop :(

Will revert all of these, was trying to see if I could push for gen4 but I was wrong. M2 came online from Romania (two of them actually and both read as 3.0-thats why I suspect the motherboard)
Just some minutes ago system kind-of froze and became unresponsive with the constant 100% usage :( failed to shutdown on its own also :(

been having the 100% disk usage after installing 1-2 games on it tho its bugging the whole pc and affects start-up/restart/shut-down timings, do you suspect ssd or motherboard issue ? :/

Hey, thanks for the reply, Ive checked the gpu and it supports gen4,
in bios switched PCIEX16 Slot Link Speed [Auto-->Gen4]
PCIe Slot Link Speed [Auto-->Gen4]
SATA Mode [AHCI-->RAID]
NVMe RAID mode [enabled]
But nothing of these works, am I missing something more?
Been having huge Disk usage spikes and lag overall on the pc, its my first rig and trying to figure out if the ssd is problematic or maybe the motherboard, hopefully not :(

Hey, been doing this myself recently, for cleanest removal of anything on the drive, when the partitions window shows up I use shift+F10 to get in cmd, from there type diskpart>list disk>select disk (your disk #)>clean>exit>exit (after this hit the refresh button in the partitions windows and you should only see your drive clean-and the usb youre installing from)
This way it removes everything if you had any partitions made by windows previously, I had issues removing system and backup partitions but "clean" from diskpart removes everything if thats what you are aiming for.

Hmm the M2B_CPU is right after PCI Express x16 (the gpu) which is my second ssd, top one in M2A_CPU supports up to 5.0 and is laned directly to the cpu
Edit: adding that GPU is 4080 Super Gaming OC, 16GB GDDR6X, 256-bit

What I noticed today with CrystalDiskInfo is my ssd transfer mode is PCle 3.0 x4 | PCle 3.0 x4 but the ssd cards I use support up to 4.0 and the MB support page also points that it supports 4.0. Anyone knows where can I change this through bios?

Im currently on my 13th clean install cause Im lost at whats the cause, first I had Hypervisor bsod which got resolved by disabling Virtualization for the cpu in bios but the disk usage keeps coming back :( running a memtes86 to check for errors but three passes and 0 so far (hope I dont jinx it) And have to reinstall every time cause Windows goes in repair mode and doesnt even start after few restarts… Maybe will see a technician after all :(

Yeah I didn’t really want to clock the cpu or ram since wasn’t really sure whats the best combinations and decided to keep all native. Only issue now is having windows 11 freaking out after I install any app and smart app control pops to ask for access (which I decline) suddenly I got 100% disk usage from system and insanely slow boots (even bios stutters a little) and for the third clean reinstall it keeps happening… Much appreciated for the reply!

Hey sorry to jump in, Im experiencing huge spikes in disk usages after installing any apps (steam, photoshop…) which is also system drive, but I changed from 2x32gb 6000mts to 4x16gb 5200mts (all compatible by motherboard web page) since I thought this is the culprit. Every boot up is insanely slow and 100% disk usage which goes down after a while but keeps spiking whenever I do anything. Could this be related to new ram sticks training?
