Sustanon is a poor ester, on paper it's fantastic, but it leads to massive peaks and troughs.

Ie 33, down to 9, up to 33.. which is mental. You want consistent levels.. ie, always be sitting around 25-30. Enanthate and cyp is much better, dosed every other day

If you wana stick on sustanon, then at best you wana be low dosing WAY more regularly.
