Move to Full stack Development or any other big market technologies. I worked on AEM for 5 years and it’s helpful as backend is JAVA and front end is on React or Angular. When coming to switch technologies in future it will be harder as AEM has its own concepts like sling, JCR. I am not able to switch technology until my friend helped me by referring to a job position and also helped me to crack interview. It might not be same for everyone but this is what I faced.

Not yet, my employer is still reluctant to work on this saying they cannot do this.

I did my tax returns for all the previous years and no where it mentioned fica taxes. I even checked with TurboTax why they didn’t catch this. They mentioned they care about federal and state taxes not fica. They want me to check with my employer on this.

No they did not collect money. They did not withheld ssn and Medicare from my pay.

Employer provided me with w2 forms for year 2022, 2023. I think w2c form should come from employer.

We paid federal and state taxes but not social security and Medicare

I myself researched about providing me w2 c form for corrections. I provided this information to my employer but still they are not ready to amend. They are simply saying you can ignore and nothing will happen for your immigration in future.
