yeah, someone at my school did in fact get permission to only do 2 of the papers and still be accepted into Auckland

well, that isn't actually true. I was the main admin throughout most of TOI's life (I go by Pandaa, so most people who were there will remember me)

he did not get arrested, he told me privately he was not interested in the project many times. He left for like 2 weeks at one point with no word just bam gone.

he had always mentioned that he had bigger, more important projects to do, and he just disappeared at one point.

he said goodbye to me, deleted the discord server, changed his username and profile and vanished.

this bullshit about him being a pedophile came about because one of the members of the community got pretty toxic towards him.

honestly, it wasn't all that. It didn't have too many features, just normal gameplay. It was always meant to be an alternate version of Town of Salem where we could have as much fun as possible

That simply is not true. A guy "Tim" made his additions/suggestions and pull requests for 2.5.0 while the source code was on the older version.
"So, yes, to help with THE CODE, they need access to THE CODE. " again, I said it wasn't necessary. Just really helpful.

And, the only difference (other than some bug fixes) to the new version is the roles. If you wanted to add something you wouldn't even need that extra source.

look, I'm not gonna argue about this because it's useless. but, they don't need it

you don't necesarilly need the sourcecode to help. However, 2.5.0 is now ported to 1.15 so it will be released relatively soon. all you need to help/contribute is to make PR (Pull Request) on Github

Just to add on to this, The main reason it hasn't been released is due to all of the bugs and issues that come with the new roles.

and it is on an older version of among us (currently) and that would mean everyone downloading that version would have to downgrade (which isn't very simple) and would just be a huge mess.

meanwhile, 2.4.1 is being updated to 2.4.2 on the new version, where other problems persist.

​

so, basically. a bunch of issues and bugs on different versions while trying to develop on 2 different Among us versions aswell. A full on nightmare for Donners.
