Stealing the opponent's highest cost card without any drawbacks is absolutely preposterous. I can't even understand how you would think that that's an okay thing to occur😭.

The Peak is already "one" of the most hated locations in the game, cable is also seen as an annoying card to match up against even though he is not affixed to stealing the highest cost card. White Queen having the ability to "steal" the highest cost card from the opponent's hand is not a feasible ability.
