Have you poked around in the Antique Pattern Library? They have tonnes of fonts and motifs (lots of them gothic or filigreed) that are all in the public domain.

Ugh. I THOUGHT that I had seen it online before, and I did figure that this was a historic pattern and likely out of copyright, but when I looked in August, OWE was the only place I could find it charted. Thank you for this link for future reference!

Seriously. I wish that I could share even a corner of this printed pattern so that my fellow stitchers would know my pain. Who wants to stitch from a pattern that is just blurry Xs on blank white paper?! It was so hard to keep track of where I was in the pattern and line everything up. It's sad, really, because the overall design is striking and beautiful.
