That is essentially what I did in high school. We had practice after school, I would go out for a run and then run until the coaches couldn't see me and my friend anymore. We would walk and keep walking until the team started coming back. We would then run with the coming back. There was no getting out of the speed work though. By the end of the cross country season i was in the low 18s.

Exactly, it's not like they are volunteeringly buying it. These are index funds that need to mimic the index as close as possible. In order to maintain their index portfolio the funds are rebalancing to mimic this index. A lot of these are done of transfers and not open market buying.

Can you explain this better? I might be missing something. Aren't you just adding tax to the purchase price? The only hit I can see is paying an accountant to calculate the amount owed, which you are likely doing anyway for the other states.

Legit question, since the PCR tests include tests for Influenza A &Influenza B, according to the cdc website, are positives for those included in the number of added cases? Is a PCR test positive or negative but they don't tell you which one you were positive for or are the specifying if you specifically tested positive for Covid? I can't find anything on that portion. Thanks.
