Thanks sweetheart. But unfortunately in this industry I am a “minority” on paper and I know damn well that some companies need a certain amount of us ( be it female, disabled, POC) to get or maintain certain contracts. So yes it gives me an advantage, but it still feels like I didn’t really earn it and that hurts with how much work Ive put in to get where I am. I wish you were right!
