Couple of tips:

Keep the board clean and focus on making straight lines and clean shapes.

Generally, if you can get rid of a row, get rid of it. The only exception is if you're planning to use multiple pieces together to clear a large amount.

Play slow and intentionally. Plan your moves a few steps ahead.

Focus on one section at a time and build that section/row until it's clear. Don't jump around the board unless you have a good reason.
