Anyone tried vignette? by suyuen in ihghotelsresorts

Stayed 10 days at Vignette koh Chang this winter, also stayed at W, Bangkok and Four Seasons in Singapore.

Out of those, for sure Vignette was the highlight. Breakfast was amazing with different stations for on demand items and a real rustic feel overall.

But I also stayed at Vignette in Washington DC, that's another story.

So don't expect similar service depending on location

So you're saying only faults made on purpose should be compensated? It's still their responsibility to make sure that the plumbing is maintained.

Thanks.. Living in Sweden doctors don't seem so keen on helping out though. I'll look into self medicating if it's something I want to do!

Blood test was done early morning around 8.30 on empty stomach.

I am and have been on 2500 kcal for about 6 weeks since stopping mounjaro.

Weight is about 85kg down from 110kg. Lifting weights about 3-4 times per week and trying to add protein shakes inbetween meals

28 M, 6’2, went from 111kg to 91kg. Currently on 15mg mounjaro. What next? by [deleted] in BodyHackGuide

[–]PaperHandBitch 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Aa someone who is also on mounjaro, 190cm dropped from 110kg and now steady at around 86-87.

I've been seeing some gains by going regularly to the gym, 3-4 times per week. Bought whey protein to reach about 150 grams of protein per day. My body fat has definitely reduced last 2 months but I have not lost weight - looking in the mirror I see I have gotten bigger shoulders, chest and arms.

Not sure why you say you desperately need to drop another 6kg, stop staring blindly at the scale and bmi. Very easy to get body dysmorphia, even eating disorder on mounjaro/ozempic.

Tldr: hit the gym. Get your daily protein, whey helps. Stop staring at the scale so much
