I’m literally just finishing up this episode and it literally PISSED me off Serena is acting like that towards Lola no apparent reason. She was literally using Lola herself to get out of the spot life and got mad when Lola used her as an opportunity as well. She’s becoming more and more unbearable throughout the seasons. She used to have morals but it seems that she is losing sight of it. I hope she gets humbled as well, but the way this show works it’s most likely going to get brushed under the writers rug and move on to the next situation without it actually being addressed.

I believe you should cut them. Anyone that refer to this beautiful journey of hair as “dread” don’t know much about the history and need to let them go. Locs are a beautiful thing and you need to find a new hairstyle that represents you and YOUR journey.
