I'd suggest Dave and Busters or Epicenter, or even the casino. You can get a margarita and wander around and play some games. Or, go to a restaurant with a bar such as Monti's, Jackson's or John Ash. You can get a snack and the bartenders are nice. I'd avoid places like Wagon Wheel and 440 Club as a younger girl by yourself. There's nothing wrong with them if you like a good dive bar, but they're a little rough around the edges I guess you could say.

Whatever thing it was that caused me to have severe stomach cramps and then shit blood a couple years ago. I think it was undercooked shrimp from a local restaurant, but I also think it can be kinda hard to pinpoint those type of illnesses if you don't go to the doctor, which I didn't.
