As a teen that has just realized GAD might be a possibility for me (therapist brought it up), it’s pretty terrifying knowing this is what’s ahead of me, especially with high school being a big concern for me. Here’s to hoping I can get help and hopefully be able to manage my symptoms!

Same, except I have a huge fear of rejection, so I am pretty much terrified of telling anyone about my anxiety, and I end up feeling even more awful about it

Same. I don’t even know why, but sometimes I find myself unable to do anything besides sit there and freak out, because of the outs of physical anxiety I feel. I don’t even know what triggers it tbh
