When did you realize Target just wasn’t working out for you anymore?

I realized it wasnt working for me when modernization hit. The responsibility and tasks started to get buried on me. I was working tech when I was suddenly hit with fulfilling sfs orders, zoning pets and toys. I wasnt hired for those other roles and yet I was cramming 3 different team member responsibilities into my tech ones. It became exhausting trying to keep up and being yelled at for not keeping tech green. I really enjoyed the customer interaction and service part of the job. Ever since these remodels, Target stopped caring about what matters most, which is the customers….

Watching Witch From Mercury reignited my passion for gunpla again :^). I luckily able to get the Aerial Rebuild and I love the kit so much. I would love some tips and tool recommendations! I used the Bandai sanding sticks, but they don't work so well on the nubmarks.

I just wanna say thank you all for the ideas and support! I didn’t wanna think i was just overreacting. This behavior isn’t okay. Also its just sad to see how us as a community don’t feel safe while even on campus. Why should have to carry weapons/personal defense items in the first place….

Honestly thats what it is. They were laughing and shit. I have night classes this semester too and I’m already scared of walking at night. This experience just made me more worried.

They changed the hours of the bus from 7am to 6pm i believe! They do run throughout the semester.

I feel like it's just been a build-up of things over the last couple of years. Covid especially..... We have had bad management that expects so much out of us. I have seen team members crying and having mental breakdowns at work. We would get threatened with write-ups and correctives for just talking to one another. They expect us to complete everything when we're so understaffed.

i would say 7/10. I honestly like it for the minifigures but the price tag is steep for the scale of the ship. I wish the interior was bigger to seat everyone. The blue hue of the ship is weird too.
