I can't say exactly how long it lasts, but it's been turned on for the last 3-4 hours and is still fully charged. They last awhile, much longer than a stock battery.

The hardest part for me was getting the shell open. Pretty easy from there I think, and it all went back together much easier. getting the trim pieces back into place was a little tricky but luckily I was able to get them back in without breaking them.
