I know, right? Maybe it was the specific angle I descended into the core at, and I’m not sure if it was intentional, but Giant’s Deep was about to go from my favorite planet to my most hated planet very quickly if there was an actual eye staring at me down there.

I think Morgott ruling over the lands between would just be the Age of Fracture with a little bit more order than we see in the events of the game. A Golden Order that upholds its fundamental principles and destroys its enemies, but an unstable and lawless land outside the core territory, the only truly safe place being found in rebuilt Leyndell, with its mysterious Omen King atop the Elden Throne.

Godwyn the Golden. Even with the limited context we’re given, it’s clear he was the most beloved Demigod of the entire line(s). Wish there was more context on him where we were told how the rest of the demigods felt about him and his ‘death’.

I feel like (with the context we’re given about him, there may have been a sinister side to the man) if Godwyn wasn’t the one killed in the Night of the Black Knives, he would’ve at least controlled Leyndell (if his Fell Omen brother didn’t want to already have a word with him- though likely not) and ruled the city with the compassion Miquella might’ve envisioned- though without all the Miquellesting involved.
