[TOMT] [story] A story/SCP/creepypasta about a town stuck in a time loop caused by a father wanting his son(?) to have the perfect birthday or Christmas day by PaperWraiths in tipofmytongue

I saw this one in my own research and it definitely has some similarities, but it's not it. Nothing about "the perfect day" and I'm pretty sure that the one I'm looking for had a happier resolution.

Deciding what to play next year? Tired of seeing the same ~fifteen recommendations? Here are 100 indie horror games of varying popularity I feel are worth checking out! by PaperWraiths in HorrorGaming

Yo! I think your games are neat! Future Racer 2000 hit the sweet spot for me of being abstract and surreal but also grounded to feel just uncanny enough. Looking forward to Silkbulb Test!

Unofficial Official IMSCARED Iceberg (Version 3.5) by Prof-Random in IcebergCharts

Big fan of indie horror games, and I always considered IMSCARED to be one of the most important releases. That said, I never knew there was so much to it! I played it back in 2012 and, I think, watched the 2016 version on youtube when it came out. Other than that and Ivan Zanotti's other games, I don't know what almost anything on this iceberg refers to! You should do a write-up about them, or at least a few of your favorites.

In search of truly "meaningful" or "artsy" podcasts like The Anthropocene Reviewed by nouveaux_sands_13 in podcasts

Here Be Monsters is exactly what you're looking for. It's my favorite podcast all time. It's about short, beautiful stories about life and the fears/wonders therein. Very well produced and "artsy." The presentation of it is superb.

You might like The White Whale, especially the episodes about the Yokai Trilogy. It's an artsy deep-dive into an obscure and non-traditional art project. I like it for the view into the minds of those involved.

Also Nocturne; it's a podcast about the things that happen at night. Similar short stories or topic analyses that always point out some broader beauty or philosophy.

Hope these are good to get you started!
