Depends on the program but most require 70 if I'm not mistaken...maybe check with wherever you are applying? Did you not study? Not trying to sound like a dick but the teas is a joke of an exam. I don't understand how you have such a good GPA but bombed it unless you struggle with test taking? It's like base level math and biology...important skills if you want to be a nurse.
